Frequently Asked Questions and their respective answers


​Handicapped Parking: Available at all area lots around the park.

Can I buy my ticket at the gate? 
Yes! Tickets will be available at the gate. Please note that we are very likely to reach capacity on both days and advance ticket holders will be allowed in first. 

Do you accept credit cards and cash at the festival? 
Cash and Credit Cards will be taken at the gate. Some of the vendors may take credit cards but we cannot promise anything. 

Where can I buy tickets in advance? 
Online at the Festival website or at THIS LINK

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? 
Yes, present your printed ticket at the gate in exchange for a wristband.

Is my ticket good for both (2) days? 
It depends on the ticket you purchase. There are single day and two day tickets available

What is the refund policy? 
This is a rain or shine event. No refunds. All sales are final.

FAQs "At the Festival"

Artists :

Please respect the artists and their original work; ask before filming or photographing them or their works.

Bags and packages are subject to search before entry.
Prohibited Items and Activities:

No outside beverages may be brought into the Festival site.

For safety reasons, glass bottles are prohibited within the Festival site.
Alcoholic beverages are sold within the Festival site to patrons’ 21-years and older presenting valid identification. State laws and regulations require that alcoholic beverages purchased at the Festival remain on-site.

Pets and other animals are allowed at the festival, including service animals.
Skateboards, bicycles, roller blades, hover boards, Segways, drones, and unauthorized motor vehicles are not allowed within the Festival grounds with the exception of OPMD’s within ADA compliance. Users may be asked to show proof of insurance and may be asked to restrict their usage to ‘sidewalks only’ during peak times of the day for the safety of the patrons and artists.
Firearms and weapons are not allowed on the Festival site.
Non-sanctioned activities, including public address or busking are not allowed on the Festival site.

Unauthorized vendors are not permitted.
The Festival reserves the right to decline admittance to, or remove, anyone who violates event specifics established for public safety, security, and enjoyment.

Are there ATMs available? 
There are ATMs at a few of the surrounding stores and gas stations

Where is the Information Booth on site? 
Visit the front of Town Center Park for information. 

Where is First Aid located on the site? 
Dial 911 if there is an emergency. There will be an EMT on site. 


Are there restrooms onsite and where are they located? 
Yes, there are three (3) convenient locations for restrooms; please reference the festival program map for locations.

Are there places to eat on site and where are they located? 
There will be food trucks and food vendors on site.
